Demian Stauber is an associate in the Information Technology, Intellectual Property and Competition Team. He focuses mainly on dispute resolution in all aspects of commercial and intellectual property law with an emphasis on trademark, competition and patent law. He also advises clients in contractual matters in these areas. Other areas of expertise include food, cosmetics and drugs regulations.
Born in 1978, Demian Stauber was educated at the Universities of Zurich (lic. iur. 2003), Berne (Dr. iur. 2008) and the New York University (LL.M. in Trade Regulation, Hauser Global Scholar, 2009). Before joining ww&p in 2009, he worked as a trainee in a Zurich business law firm and several years as a law clerk at the Commercial Court of Aargau.
Demian Stauber practices in German and English. He has a solid knowledge of French and a basic knowledge of Spanish. He is registered with the Zurich Bar Registry and admitted to practice in all Switzerland.
