Jürg Schneider is a managing associate in the Information Technology, Intellectual Property and Competition Team of ww&p. He advises IT users as well as IT service providers and software publishers on all legal aspects of information technology, especially by drafting, reviewing and negotiating software licence and software support agreements for business critical applications. He advises in depth on information security, data protection and legal issues relating to e-Commerce.
Born in 1969, Jürg Schneider was educated at the University of Neuchâtel (lic. iur. 1992, Dr. iur. 1999). He has working experience as a trainee at the legal department of the Canton of Neuchâtel and a Neuchâtel law firm and as research assistant at the University of Neuchâtel.
Jürg Schneider speaks German, French and English. He is registered with the Zurich Bar Registry and admitted to practice in all Switzerland.
