Magda Streuli-Youssef is member of the Information Technology, Intellectual Property and Competition Team and head of intellectual property, media law and trademark administration at ww&p. She represents parties before courts and state authorities in all kind of intellectual property, media and unfair competition law matters. Her practice areas also include IP strategies, IP audits and licensing. She was a member of the Federal Commission for the Exploitation of Copyrights and Neighbouring Rights and former Vicepresident of the Federal Appeals Commission for Intellectual Property.
Born in 1953, Magda Streuli-Youssef was educated at the University of Zurich (lic. iur. 1975, Dr. iur. 1978). She has working experience as attorney since 1980 and was a lecturer at Zurich University and at various institutions such as SAWI in Bienne and the EMBA of the University of St. Gall.
