Stephan Neidhardt is a partner in the Tax Team. He is Head of the “Product Group Private Clients” and is working in domestic and international tax law for entrepreneurs, their companies, for executives as well as for wealthy individuals. He also advises in corporate tax law, including mergers and acquisitions and structuring of domestic and international groups. In the field of Private Clients he is specializing in taxation of individuals in relation to their business operations (including estate tax planning). He is a member of the Tax Chapter Board of the Swiss-American Chamber of Commerce and of the Legal and Tax Group of the Latin-American Chamber of Commerce in Switzerland.
Born in 1959, Stephan Neidhardt was educated at the Universities of St. Gall (lic. iur. HSG 1986), San Diego (USA) (LL.M. [Tax] 1996) and graduated as certified tax expert (1994). He worked as a tax lawyer in law firms in Zurich and Atlanta (USA) and a tax partner and head of the tax department of another Zurich law firm.
Stephan Neidhardt speaks German, English and French. He is registered with the Zurich Bar Registry and admitted to practice in all Switzerland.
